This Quality Inn in Denver / Westminster, was low quality. The biggest issue is that their elevator has been broken for six months. This is something I wish I had known before bookingOur room was made up on the second night that we were there, but cleaning is only surface level. The entire facility needs a deep clean. Carpets need to be shampooed, walls need to be washed, windowsills, and baseboards need to be clean, cobwebs need to be taken care of. This facility does not have a working pool or hot tub. Continental breakfast was fine.
