You get what you pay for.
The room was dated and in need of some TLC. The bathroom was in poor condition with loads of caulk and a drooping roof. The bed was extremely comfy and despite seeing termites at night, we slept amazing.

Easy to get to. Next to railroad so kind of noisy. Building looks rough. Not a lot of signage. Parking lot blocked at one end.
