First of all, your staff are amazing. Check in and check out went well and they were so helpful, kind, and professional. What could improve is the room. Although we had a lovely room, with a couch and fireplace, the bed was horrible. We both banged our toes FOUR times within the first half hour. We finally put some luggage in front to remind us that the bottom protrudes from the bed. My husband looked at the cause, and it was being held up by a wooden block; thus the reason that the bed tilted to one side. Like, come on..... It would also be helpful to have a microwave in the room. It was awkward going downstairs to heat up food that I had in the lobby/breakfast area. The room was clean, and that was nice. Parking is a bit away. Since this is the case, you should offer more luggage racks for those of us who don't travel light. The last negative is the 'continental breakfast'. It was one of the worst that we have encountered on our travels, ever.... Bread, bagels, yogourt and some fruit are measly pickings for a 'continental' breakfast.
