What I Expected

The room was what I expected but there was no hot water. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have always been happy. I told the staff about the lack of hot water and they said they would take care of it. Lesson learned: check the hot water upon arrival.

Pretty clean, smoke alarm covered with bag (no battery), no shower curtain. Old and modest but clean. Highway/truck traffic was heard in the room and pretty constant all night and very heavy again about 4:30 am.

It’s The Executive, not Hotel Guymon!

Name of hotel did not match name on Website, so it was very difficult to find. Phone number had also changed, so could not call. Hotel needs a lot of TLC. Room in back was across the lot from a loud barking dog. Barking persisted well after midnight.

I stayed there now i have several bug bits all over my body. I don't know from what but they hurt i would never recommend this place. Could not get a hold of anyone when I tried to call.

Staff was so rude and impolite the lady in the counter missed up my reservation and kept insisting that she cannot see my name and was willing to leave mw in the street with my son at 10 p.m I didn't stay in the end at this hotel i went to quality inn. Anyway i would not stayed there because it's so dirty and smelly.

This place is a crackhead hotel. No other way to put it. It was dirty. My daughter didn't want to get under the blankets. Hard bed. Hard pillows. I really was concerned about bugs. We did stay and did not get bit or see any bugs. So i gave them 2 stars for that instead of 1. Brought my own pillow in since theirs were horrible. Left it there. Wouldn't have forgotten it if they had decent rooms. Paid way too much for what i got. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

It was so much better than last time. Much quieter. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all, though. Go figure! You get what you pay for, I guess. Check is a breeze, and they're very friendly.

Lets just say, you get what you pay for. It was good enough for a place to arrive close to bedtime and sleep for a night. Room have an odor to it, and the ac never really got the room cold.

Staff person was nice and allowed me to change room due to horrible bed. Next room bed was better not great. Overall, dirty and rundown. I couldn’t recommend to anyone. I would not stay there again.
