This hotel need to completely close down until they finish those so called renovations….. the water pressure was horrible …..the shower leaks really bad and it has a bug infestation

I definitely would not recommend this location unless they did a full remodel. It was dirty. There were bugs. The pool was unusable. There were cigarette burns on the bedding, pillows were lumpy asked if we could get another one. The only one they had left was one that had black mold all over it.The trash on the outside Was just overflowing. The room we stayed in smelled like a combination of cat urine and antiseptic. Price was very high for the quality of the hotel. there is so much more that I could list.

Everything was filthy or broken. The bathroom towels, tub were dirty. The kitchen sink was broken. Everything was dirty and run down. It was very unpleasant stay.

Property was difficult to get into . Construction materials everywhere. They put us on 1st floor , which was fine but most of the rooms had the doors wide open and were all tore up from construction The pool was drained , and that was one reason we chose the place . Won’t be staying here again

I know that the “quality” of Quality Inns varies but this property was by far the nastiest motel I’ve ever been in. Chose it because it’s just off I95. Big mistake 😱

The hotel was not renovated like it stated. My room had a bullet wound in the window. The carpet was dirty and soiled. The lining and towels/rags were soiled and dirty. The room has bad lighting. The TV did not work. I want a refund.

We called and asked for a crib. When we arrived, there was no crib. We left and they refunded our reservation but had to find another hotel in the area at 1am...with a baby.

The place has roaches! The carpets were dirty. They are attempting to remodel, but I would have been happy with ZERO bugs! Didn’t like waking up to roaches crawling on us. Didn’t like sitting a the table and roaches crawling up the wall beside us. Went to Walmart and bought roach spray. Before bringing anything into my house, had to spend $50 at the laundromat, and spray luggage with roach spray to avoid transporting bugs into my house. Will never stay there again. Breakfast was crap! Pool was nice.

This property is easily accessible from I-95. The property itself is very much run down despite obvious renovation attempts. Towels were stained and dirty. Despite 3 people staying in the room, only two sets of towels were in the room. It took several hours for another set to arrive in the room. The pool is outdoors, but no one was using it. There was also a strong aroma in the stairwell and hallways, with a beer bottle that was left in the far stairwell the entire weekend. The room was fine for me, but it was far below standards of other Quality Inns that we have stayed at.
