The room was immaculate and very warm with central heating, which was much needed due to the outside temp of below minus 6, Mae and Ruel the staff go over and beyond to help, nothing is to much trouble, for them, even helping to dig out snowed in cars, evening meal are great good choice of set menu or Al a cart, very reasonable priced, and freshly cooked to order, breakfast is buffet style with, a wide range of choices omelette and eggs can be cooked to order and again reasonably priced for the selection

Overall the stay was great ! Walkable distance to the entrance 3 of the plitvice lakes . The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, place was spotless and offered a great breakfast. The only issue was that the aircon was centralised and couldnt be controlled within the room.however slept well with windows open to cool the room down.

My friend and I stayed at Plitvice Fall Cottage for a day. We had a wonderful time here. From the pick up from the bus station to check in everything went so smoothly. Dominik, Natali and together with all the workers here are so friendly and helpful. The seabass dinner was fantastic! Breakfast was delicious with many choices. We enjoy the stay very much.
