I had a terrible experience at the Red Radisson Hotel, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. From the moment we checked in, it was one issue after another, making our stay incredibly uncomfortable and stressful.
First of all, the room’s air conditioning system was a complete disaster. It wouldn’t maintain a consistent temperature—it kept switching between hot and cold on its own. This made it impossible for us to get a good night’s sleep, as we were either too hot or too cold throughout the night. To make matters worse, the AC vents were filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The dust and dirt triggered allergies for my family, adding another layer of discomfort.
Secondly, the bunk bed in the room had a dangerous gap between the wall and the bed. My young son actually fell into the crack during the night, which was not only alarming but completely unacceptable for a family-friendly hotel. Safety should be a priority, but clearly, it isn’t at this property.
Adding to the frustration, I requested extra pillows for my family. It took them three whole days to deliver the pillows, which is absurd. By the time they finally arrived, the inconvenience had already ruined our stay.
And if that wasn’t enough, the TV in the room never worked during our entire stay.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in.
