I was ripped off. I showed up and was told there wasn't a room for me. Expedia was unable to get in touch with the owner, and the owner told me he was unable to get in touch with OYO to notify them. I don't know whether it was a mistake on the part of the property, OYO, or Expedia, and frankly I don't care.
Expedia says they won't give me a refund because in their words, "Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the refund."
