Clean and comfortable room (no carpets), good location (walking distance of Great Synagogue, Old City and Emek Refaim), fast lifts (!) lots of quiet corners to sit on shabbat. Breakfast and shabbat meals were good. As it was winter we could not use the pool sadly and the spa will only open in 2026.

The room was an excellent size, very clean and comfortable. The 2 issues I had were that there were no robes, and thus just 1 towel per person wasn’t enough. While the linen was very soft, the blanket was slightly thin, and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the room. I’m sure you could call for the pose things.

We put our light on to clean the room late. They apparently came early and never came back so they never cleaned our room. But I’m not sure it was their fault.
