Good location but poorly maintained.
Positive:
- Excellent location, very close to most of the downtown attractions.
- Bed is supportive and comfortable.
Negative:
- Room has a strong and uncomfortable smell of cooking oil. My guess is that the previous guest cooked in the apartment and it was not cleaned properly after he checked out. The owner of the apartment has no idea about the issue, and thought the smell comes from neighborhood apartment, which is obviously not possible, because all the apartments in this building are air tight.
- Wifi is very slow. It always takes 10+ second to load any website. ln the end I have to use my own mobile phone to access internet.
- The door to the show tub in the bathroom is poorly designed, and not waterproof. Water leaks from the bottom of the door and flows everywhere in the bathroom.
- There is a bar nearby and loud music every night until 12pm.
