Disappointing Stay- In Need of Management and Maintenance Improvements.
This hotel has potential but needs major improvements in management, maintenance, and staff training. Staff often use the café like guests, getting coffee and food while paying guests wait in line, chatting among themselves without urgency. Housekeeping staff are also very loud in the corridors early in the morning, which is disruptive for guests still sleeping. They were my wake up call every morning. No alarm clock needed!
Rooms are only cleaned every other day, leaving guests to wash their own dishes, and there are visible maintenance issues such as peeling bathroom ceilings and a loose sink faucet. Towels are left in hallways overnight before being picked up.
As a travel advisor, I found this stay far below the standards expected from a Marriott-affiliated property. Marriott Bonvoy should review which hotels qualify under its brand to ensure consistent quality and guest experience.
