Great Service and wonderful and efficient staff. Elevators in suites towers a bit slow. Prepare to walk a little if you get a room in the north/residence tower. Breakfast mediocre and sometimes crowded. Location good but Bangkok = traffic, pollution, and noise... so try to enjoy the other aspects of the city: restaurants, river, people, fruit, etc...
