Upon attempting to check-in online, found out they are not pet friendly (hotels.com said they were). So on my phone from our car (road trip), I attempted to call the hotel directly, the phone number provided in the text was a disconnected #. I googled the phone number and 2 calls later, reached their front desk. The receptionist said they only have a limited # of pet friendly rooms and the room I booked was not. She found a second floor room that allowed pets, so at least we were not completely out of luck. I found out upon check-in their hot tub is out of service (my 2 filters on hotels.com were pet friendly & hot tub), sigh. The room had stained carpet & dog damaged furniture. The toilet was in a closet, the shower was set up so the only way you could adjust the water temperature was to stand in it naked, and adjust the temp while being exposed to whatever happened to come out of the shower head, yikes! The breakfast had no protein at all, and when the milk ran out, the staff refused to refill it. We won’t be staying here again.
