When I called to ask for early check in, the man working there had an attitude with me and hung up before I could ask my last question. When we arrived, the front lobby STUNK. The man working the front desk was the same from the phone and he just looked like he didn’t want to be there. The chip processor took FOREVER to process payment. The bathrooms are tiny and the lights inside them make you feel like a rotisserie chicken. The lights didn’t work in our room for the most part and the fridge didn’t work all that well. When we got to our room, we realized just before leaving for the day that the beds had sweat and brown stains on them. We asked them to be changed, which they were. However, when we got back around 10 pm, one of the bed sheets had blood stains on it. We had to change our room because housekeeping was gone. Not the biggest deal. The lady was really nice about it. When we checked out, the smell in the lobby had gotten worse. Also, two of the hotel room windows are broken and taped over. There are also old and stained mattresses in piles behind the hotel and there are no security measures - the back door is eternally unlocked and anyone can walk in. Definitely will not be rebooking.
