We loved our stay at BnA. The room was beautifully decorated and had very comfortable bed, duvet and pillows. The staff is really friendly and the concept of the hotel is really cool. The area is quiet which suited us very well, you can choose to tap in and out of the Tokyo craziness as much as you like. There is a restaurant just next to the hotel, made the most wonderful ramen. No English menu so bring your best Japanese or google translate. I will definitely come back to stay here.

Pros - Convenient location, love the artwork in the room, have 2 glass bottles of water. Cons - no TV, tablet doesn’t offer free uses of YouTube TV and Netflix, only 1 USB port to charge one device, take off shoes at the door as most of the area is carpeted, hear other people using water as the water pipe is located at the ceiling of the room, light sleeper not suggested for room 406.

Room is not my style. Generally it’s clean. But since it has industrial style roof, you can see some dust at the pipe or structure of roof. Staffs are all friendly.

An artsy, high end, unique experience!

This hotel was so unique and special! From the cool artsy lobby with live music and local art for sale, to the unique room design, I would come stay at this or ANY BnA art hotel!!!

Bed and Art!

A unique and very pleasant stay. The art (both the rooms and the changing installations) create a wonderful atmosphere! The neighborhood is quiet in the evenings with lots of nice places within walking distance. I'll be staying here whenever I am in Tokyo.

Perfect place for us in Tokyo! Very cool concept, art and staff. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood which was nice to retreat to after the craziness of other neighborhoods. Centrally located to explore different areas of Tokyo via metro. Arigato

We stayed here for the Genkan event (hosted by Waifu) and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We appreciate that the property is promoting and supporting local LGBTQ groups. All staff we worked with were extremely helpful and friendly. We loved our unique room.

Small boutique hotel on a quiet street, all necessary amenities available and an amazing staff! Ask for Naoto’s city advices over a cocktail, and follow through any food recommendation's, it will be amongst your trip favorite memories!

Loved the idea of how each room was created by individual artists. I chose the “an urban nest” which was really nice! The staff were very kind and also explained the story behind the design of my room. Rooms were really cleaned and Amenities were easy to get by the reception. I would definitely come here and again the next time im in japan!

10/10 Exceptional

Check-in was quick and friendly and we appreciated the welcome mocktail, especially after such a long flight. The hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood and had many dining options, though we found lots of them had line-ups of near an hour, which made it hard to find a simple quality meal right away. While we were moving on after one night, the hotel was quiet and spacious enough for two friends. The hotel design was also very cool!

I loved the art and how clean the rooms were. Additionally, these rooms are a lot larger than the typical rooms you see in hotels around Tokyo. Bathroom and showers had a lot more space. Loved our stay, wished we could’ve stayed here longer

When I booked this stay I thought it would be neat but I didn't expect it to be as cool as it was. The room was nice and the amenities were state of the art. We were there on a Friday so we enjoyed a drink and some live music at the bar on the first floor.

This was such a cool experience. We only stayed one night at the tail end of our stay but it was really nice. The hotel is cool and the Dam room had enough space to fit our luggage. The reception/bar area was a really nice place to hang out and have some drinks. It wasn’t crazy close to much but it was close to a kombini and the bus stop.

8/10 Very good

This was our first stay in Japan, and overall it was good! The staff is very kind and attentive, plus there is an incredible soba noodle restaurant right next door. That said, our room did not have the most comfortable bed as it had a decently large dip in the middle making it relatively uneven. Other than that, everything else was great about the place.

8/10 Very good

A wonderful, unique property full of art that’s well connected into Tokyo. It’s situated in a nice quiet neighborhood that is a nice base to come back to. The rooms, as in Tokyo, are small but modern and have the basics. It’s base to explore, not a property to lounge in. If you want a lobby bar this isn’t the place. The beds are so-so, but the property is an incredible value for money.
