We went to Aspen for a winter vacation during the pandemic and they did every effort to maintain all guest as safe as possible. Super clean, beautiful hotel walking distance to everything and great service. It’s a true 5 stars hotel.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and it couldn’t not have been more perfect. The service was top notch- staff was attentive and ready to help with any questions we had about dinner reservations, transportation to the ski gondola, etc. we were able to store our personal skis/boots in the Aspen sports ski shop attached to the hotel which was so convenient! The Mountain social restaurant on site was delicious. We were able to walk about 2 blocks to the main gondola and with skis, the hotel valet would drive Us over in the golf cart! All restaurants were walking distance. The hotel bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

We had an amazing stay ! We always stay out of town and decided to treat ourselves. The rooms were gorgeous, great walking distance to everything, great service, and little touches made our time so special. They went above and beyond and brought me wine and chocolates for my birthday. The wait staff was so friendly and we're so pleasant to interact with. We had a great waitress (big curly ponytail- didn't get her name) and she was able to bring me a birthday treat and candle as they were closing. So thoughtful of her! Kitty the Bernese Mountain dog was SO cute! He was adorable and we loved seeing him during our stay. This was our first trip given Covid and I think Aspen overall did a great job and St. Regis made us feel safe and secure. I also had a treatment at the Spa and it was the best massage of my life! Shout out to Daniel. I was nervous for the spa given Covid but it was a great experience. The service and the amentias are so lovely. Only negative of our stay was the shuttle to the airport. I had sent over our flights and thought we could easily schedule the trip to the airport. The bellman said sorry we only have these two times otherwise we can't. In addition we were on the bus and there was a couple that didn't have their masks on. I would have liked for the driver to make them comply. The man was coughing. This was the only time I felt uncomfortable with our stay. Overall THANK YOU ST. REGIS. We'll be back .
