This was my first time staying at Unity Village & Hotel. The property was so beautiful and the room was very nice too. The breakfast was nice and hot each day which was perfect for my daughter and her friends. The staff was very friendly and always professional. On our last day, checking out, it was nice chit chatting with Christian at the front desk. We had a funny conversation about football (and how I liked the Raiders). LOL Christian had a great personality and was also nice enough to take pictures of me, my daughter and her friends for our memories of the trip. After we left heading back home, we realized my daughter’s friend left her water bottle in the hotel lobby. I called the hotel back and Christian answered. After explaining everything, Christian said someone from the team would call me the next morning (a Monday) with shipping options to send me the water bottle. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when we received the water bottle in the mail that Wednesday! That’s SO nice of Christian and the hotel staff for shipping the water bottle. That type of customer service spoke volumes about Christian and the Unity Village & Hotel staff. You have definitely earned a new customer. I couldn’t wait to tell my husband. Now, we have a new hotel to stay at when in Kansas City, MO! Thank you so much!
