I really felt it was in a safe and clean neighborhood. The rooms were not clean enough because the beds were made but the sheets were not clean because there was hair and spotting when my son pulled the sheets over. But they provided new sheets and pillow cases at the desk. I was happy they gave them to me, but was not happy I had to change them myself. The room was a little dusty, but I assumed maybe they hadn’t rented it out or maybe housekeeping simply didn’t do their job. Although they offered another room, at that point, prior to noticing the bed thing, we had already spread all of our stuff in the drawers fridge and closet. Because of time, and not wanting to work even more packing and moving to another room and unpacking again, we simply stayed in the room. I would recommend someone do a check before renting these rooms and make sure they are clean. Also, there was no extra toilet paper. The role they left was not enough for going two times to the restroom. I think they should at least have two standard toilet paper roles because again, we were inconvenienced to go downstairs and ask for more. Their breakfast was just pretty much coffee. Not an actual breakfast option. But other than that, the staff was polite, the location is safe. The restaurants around were great. There was saana cafe, piccorino
