This hotel is OK if you have an early flight the next morning. It's very simple hotel nothing special, uncomfortable beds, poor shower, basic conditions. The location of the place that appears on hotels is WRONG.... is not the right location it took my driver more than an hour to found it out. Ask for the telephone number.

Horrible property and location, staff was acting as if he was doing us a favour checking us in. Toilet flush was broken, dirty bedsheets and stains on the pillow, no fridge the door didn't latch from inside. Overall terrible hotel and staff. Not worth a penny.

This was one of the worst hotel booking experiences I’ve had. The room looked nothing like the pictures shown online. Everything felt old, dirty, and poorly maintained — there wasn’t even toilet paper provided. The room had a noticeable smoking smell, and the ventilation was very poor. I had planned to take a shower before my flight, but the condition of the bathroom was so unpleasant that I couldn’t bring myself to do it. This experience has made me very cautious about booking hotels in Delhi without knowing the property firsthand. Be very careful — the photos online can be extremely misleading.

Tables dirty with dust present. Bed sheet bedcovers,pillows dirty and old seems like hasn't charged for years. Mattress very shaggy . Chair has dirty spots. Food is halfed cooked .

It's a room. Does nothing more or less. Pictures are definitely misleading. It showed an 18 minute walk on Google maps from the airport?! Definitely not. No toilet paper and towels were stained.

We weren't able to check in as the hotel couldn't be found/located. The Uber driver couldn't find it and in talking with several locals that were familiar with the area, they said there was not a hotel by that name in the area it claimed to be in. The location on the confirmation showed the hotel location but google maps didn't show any hotel there. Guessing it was a "spam" hotel. Also, I couldn't find a contact number for the hotel on the reservation to call for directions. I also looked for the hotel phone number through google/siri. Nothing. We never did find the hotel so I reported it to my credit card and I am in the process of disputing the charges.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

The room wasn't clean, staff were nice, but not attentive. I went to the cafeteria to have diner, after 10 minutes waiting, I had to go ask if the cafeteria was open.

First off, We had trouble finding the hotel because the address does not exist and there was no contact phone number. Turns out it’s the D’Capitol hotel. When we arrived in our room it had an old musty smell. There was a red heart shaped mat at the end of the bed that was extremely dirty, i didn’t even want to step on it with my shoes. The bed sheets were were dirty, the pillow cases stained and dirty. The wall paper on the walls was rolling up. The toilet seat was barely screwed on and the body wash dispenser fell off the wall when we tried to use it. The towels looked like rags and had another hotels name on them. I think the only good thing was there was hot water. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.
