Front desk lady was nice. Hotel in serious need of a refresh on decor and appearance. Hallways dark and carpet super old. Rooms ok with decent fridge and micro. Beds decent. TV cable poor with weird channels, etc. What's with the "-#" deal to get to a channel??? Nice to get the coupon for Joe's Crab Shack! Not too bad overall.

Nice location along the river and walk path. My son really enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the patio next to the pool to play dice but there was no lighting so it was short lived. We were traveling with our dog and felt like we were banished to the run down, dirty section of the hotel. The room was really run down. Our dog is an amazing traveler and the best behaved member of the family so we don’t appreciate when we feel we are receiving accommodations that are not up to their normal standards just because we have her with us, especially when a daily pet fee is charged.

during my stay the hotel burnt down. was still charged the ENTIRE RATE after I was told I would be refunded it, minus the first night. Literally something out of a movie.

I'll Be Back!

The room was on the 3rd floor and had a lovely view of the Boise River in all of it's Fall Splendor! The paved walkway (The Green Belt) was a great place to exercise and watch the sun rise! The indoor pool was open for use to 10 people and the hot tub jets were not working, but the water was hot! The folks at the front desk were super nice and helpful!

I will never stay there again! I the room next to us bunch of girls laughing and being loud up until 2:00 am! The room above us a couple was arguing, both but swearing up until about 4:00 am. The worse part I called the lobby about 5 times to tell them to take care of the issue, and NEVER did they answer the phone!

Stay at your own risk!

The rooms/hotel is very outdated; nothing like the photos. My first floor room had no lock on the window, only a wooden dowel. I checked into my room, and checked out immediately. Don’t waste your time.

The tv remote wouldn't work andneeded batteries and the guy at the desks only option was to change rooms. When asked about using a remote from a different room he said it would cause problems for that tv and was insistent on changing rooms. He eventually got us some batteries.
