First staff member I interacted with was indifferent, the 2nd downright rude. First problems I noticed in the room were that the freezer badly needed defrosting and TV reception was terrible. Neither the channel indicator nor the printed channel list matched the actual channel on each station. Only about half of the channels actually played correctly. The rest either showed a black screen or had audio and video distortions. When I asked about it, clerk said it was a satellite problem and there was nothing he could do about it, nor would moving rooms help. He offered to send maintenance for the freezer but defrosting cannot be accomplished in a few minutes. I later realized the AC was not functioning properly, the toilet seat was broken and the socket that held the MW and fridge plugs was floating free in the wall without a covering plate.
Like most hotels, they fail to consider that not all guests want to sleep in on the weekend so breakfast does not start until 7:00. The morning clerk was very rude when I asked about getting some milk at 6:45. When I commiserated with another guest about the hotel, he refused to give me any. I told him it was the worst place I ever stayed at which time he asked why I stayed if it was. I told him I was misled by the reviews I had read online and would not have stayed if I had realized how bad it was. At least 2 other guests with whom I interacted agreed with me and one told me I was only there 1 night; he was stuck 2 weeks. Never again!!
