Hotel Aiglon

El hotel me sorprendió muy favorablemente, pequeño pero muy elegante y con un gran cuidado por los detalles. Al llegar me dieron una mejora en la habitación, a una suite familiar (viajaba solo). La habitación no estaba muy bien insonorizada (habitación con la ventana al Boulevard Raspail); para mi no fue un problema pero lo puede ser (ruido de tráfico). La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda (la TV es un poco pequeña comparada con el resto de la habitación). Wifi gratuita y muy rápida. Disponibilidad de calentador de agua para café o té. La ropa de cama de primer calidad; la cama muy cómoda. El baño muy amplio, con bañera y ducha separadas. Artículos de baño de primera, toallas y albornoces de la mejor calidad. La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable. Completamente recomendable para una visita a Paris de negocios o de placer. No tuve la oportunidad de probar el desayuno, pero el olor por la mañana a café era fabuloso. Volveré a este hotel sin dudarlo, en viaje de negocios o con mi familia.

Nice small hotel on the edge of Saint Germaine. Small, but cozy and comfortable rooms. Great restaurant next door.

My fiance and I had been to Paris once before so we knew which neighborhood we wanted to stay in. I love Montparnasse because it's a little removed from the hustle and bustle but there's still tons of good food around. Hotel Aiglon was in the perfect location because there were two train lines just across the street, and it was very easy to transfer to other lines. Our room was very comfy and everyone on the staff was kind and helpful and just generally great people. My only complaint is that the breakfast seemed to be a bit overpriced. We didn't have that included in the room price and we only ate at the hotel once (not necessarily because of the price, though. We have our own breakfast spot a short walk from the hotel.) We had a great time and I'd definitely stay here again!

Convenient location. Otherwise, an average Paris hotel. Very small room, even smaller bathroom. Very poor breakfast, so we went out each morning after the first day.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel per se, though Hotels.com appears to have charged me a lot more than the hotel itself or other booking sites would have and the reviews are TOTALLY over-rated. Room was clean but rather small, location is so-so, staff was basically nice and helpful. Compared with Le Senat, a much nicer 4 star hotel with a far better location, I'm afraid that Hotel Aiglon is totally unremarkable.
