Checked in went to the room to find it smelled of mold and mildew, there were stains all over the comforter in one room and the other had holes burnt in the blanket. Sheets and towels were dingy yellow room just appeared to be unclean and unkept. The shared balcony door did not lock and was difficult to open. There was no climate control. Went straight down to the office to notify them they got angry telling us nothing was wrong with the room. I tried to check out so we wasn’t charged for the rest of our stay they refused to check us out or give anything showing we wasn’t staying. Very disappointed with the entire situation. Do not waste your time or money at this place. 3 other families were experiencing the same thing in the hour we were in the lobby trying to resolve similar situation.

Misrepresented on the pricing and the room was not cleaned very well at all. The comforter was stained and the walls were very dirty. They also only gave you one coffee pack per day even though two people or more stayed in the room. It was very low class, not worth the price at all.

Easy to get to, looks like the photos. About a 5 mins walk from boardwalk, then another 15 mins to the beach. Towels in the room were very small, thin and had stains on them. Coffee maker in the room and excellent AC. Car park was very close to room, and check in/ out process was very quick. Very comfortable beds.
