Good location but was a rough hotel. (The price reflected this fortunately so I knew what I was in for). The elevator didn't work and the room smelled like cigarettes. Also the sheets on all the beds had various stains in them.

We had a hard time finding the hotel because the name on the building was something else. Even the people at the surrounding hotels weren't sure which building it was. Also it was listed with parking but failed to say it was $50.00 a night and was not secure. The staff was in the lobby playing loud music.

Trash from previous people in the drawer. Just flat sheet and not a cover for duvet in the bed. Seems like so many people slept with it. And have to wait 10min running water to get hot water, bad pressure as well. Otherwise very nice location.

Too much discomfort to mention. We were given a room on the 3rd floor but the elevator was broken. Just imagine carrying 4 luggages with us from a cruise trip. I would never book there again.

We stayed for 5 days, we had to change our garbages each day, we had to exchange our towels, no clean bedding, no broom to sweep floor, no furniture in the room. The elevator did not work. No storage for luggage. Staff not friendly. Upside-there is a fridge in the room and a hair dryer in the closet. This is called the Parisian Hotel when you arrive, not Ocean Suites.

Booked under the name “Ocean Beach Suites” upon arrival found out it was a split property between the names “Parisian” and “Geneva” each their own building. We were sent to the latter. It had no from desk staff so anything you needed, you had to walk next door. Housekeeping and towels were only provided if asked. We attempted to call down to front desk with the room phone but found the line to be cut behind the side table. We advised the front desk staff, to which he laughed and stated “yah, those are just for show”. On top of this, the rooms safe was permanently locked and the blow dryer, which was very dated did not work. Luckily a friendly maintenance man working across the hall took time out of renovating to find us a working replacement. Inside the room there was only a bed to sit on with one side table. No table or chairs. And definitely no ocean view, unlike the photos depict on Expedia. The plus side to all this, it’s within walking distance to the beach and to many lovely restaurants.

Roaches. Roaches. Roaches. Roaches. Roaches. Roaches. They will offer you another room- it will have roaches. The bathrooms look like public housing. Did I mention the roaches. The hotel knows about it. Exepedia knows about it. You dont know some im telling you. They have alot of roaches. Dont stay here. You will not be compensated. You will have roaches. You will not get your money back. SPEND THE with EXTRA 50 on a hotel that is not associated with them. Again. They know about the roaches. Also the hotel looks like and smells like public housing. The name on the hotel doesnt match the charges on your credit card. AND THEY HAVE ROACHES. THE KIND YOUR COUSINS HAD. THE BIG ONES. and they are hard to kill. I took three of them to the front desk and all i got was an attitude and an eye roll. They had me in room 12. They moved me to room 10. They are side by side. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. AGRESSIVE ROACHES ON YOUR VACATION. THINK ABOUT THAT. IF YOU GREW UP WITH ROACHES YOUR PTSD WILL BE TRIGGERED. IF YOU NEVER SEEN A ROACH YOU WILL MORE LIKELY THAN NOT- take one home. Cause they have alot of them. ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. BAD BEDS. NO HOT WATER. THE TOWELS SHED SO DONT USE THEM-like literally your body will be covered im cheap towels fibers. This PLACE SHOULD NOT BE LEGALLY ALLOWED TO OPERATE. OH. ROACHES. AND YOU CAN SMELL THEM WHEN YOU ARRIVE. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. YOUVE BEEN WARNED

Estado del inmueble

El hotel es viejo, en general está en buen estado pero como las puertas no cierran bien, los controles fallan un poco. Debe mejorar la limpieza que se veían cucarachas muertas. Un punto importante es que dicen tiene tienen estacionamiento pero no que cobran 50 dólares al día, deben ponerlo y en la fotos sale microondas y no tienen las habitaciones.

Website says parking available , so booked, but at the time of check in they say no parking and suggested me to use private parking which cost me $120 for 1 night. Hotel room cost is $180. All public parkings are closed by City. Pillows are ditry, too noisy, no dining, inconvenient because we got 3rd floor room and lift was not working.

We rented a deluxe room and they gave us a normal room, the bed was split and we woke up in a hole, they said there was parking and no, we had to look for parking, and to top it off the receptionist was rolling a marijuana cigarette and as if nothing had happened he continued doing it.
