Wonderful hotel with great staff, amenities and location. We especially like all the little details in the rooms, the soft beds and even the lobby has some chic. Everything you need is on Rue Abesses and two useful metro stations are very close. Book the suite with Eiffel Tower views for one of the best value rooms in Paris. We always stay here now.

We had a wonderful stay as always which is why we keep returning to this hotel. We were greeted by lovely friendly reception staff who checked us in really quickly. Our room was clean and comfortable with all the things we needed for a great stay. There was a balcony from which we could see the Eiffel Tower. We love to end the evening with a cocktail in the rooftop bar with beautiful views across Paris and excellent service from lovely staff. The location is excellent with metro stations a 5 minute walk away so you can get all over Paris. Montmartre is a lovely location itself with a lovely village feel. It’s lively with lots of great bars and restaurants. There’s also a small Christmas market at this time of the year with a great champagne bar. We always try to stay here and highly recommend this hotel.

Je me faisait une joie de venir dans cet hôtel,j'ai été bien accueilli avec un thé,la chambre et plutôt confortable, je pensais avoir une bouteille d'eau pour un hôtel ****mais il a un mini bar payant..(on m'a fait part aprés que la bouteille d'eau offerte ce trouve dans le mini bar c'est ballot) salle de bain tout confort mais on a dû mal avec le mitigeur à trouver la temperature la plus chaude ,de plus il manquait un morceau dans la douche qui trainait dans la chambre /J'ai eu la chambre 201donnant sur la rue bruyante bof...j'ai trés peu dormi ;mais l'expérience la plus horrible ça été au petit déjeuner pas de bonjour ..j'ai donné mon nom et mon numéro de chambre, je me suis trompée j'ai dit 2021 au lieu de 2001,le grand monsieur à lunette m'a fait remarqué sur un ton sec que ce numéro n'existait pas ,je sors ma carte et lui épelle mon nom ,tout le long de mes déplacements au PDJ j'étais suivi par cette personne, je lui demande si il m'a bien trouvé il me répond oui ;mais quand je fus parti, il me ratrappa prés de l'ascenseur et me demandant toujours d'un ton péremtoire d'écrire mon nom /mon numéro de chambre et me demanda de signer la facture c'était génant;discriminant et non professionel Surtout qu'il avait tout les infos il m'a pris pour ce que je suis pas ,je n'ai pas trouvé de chocolat chaud,de jus frais préssé sur place,très bof des viennoiserie indiustriels pour un petit déjeuner à 29euros un service et acceuil comme j'ai reçu n'en vaut pas la peine.
