Our stay was good but however when tried to take a shower the hot water would come and go but then there was absolutely no hot water.. Breakfast was excellent, staff was very kind and respectful, hot tub wasn’t very hot and the jets wouldn’t work. I would stay there again but hopefully there will be hot water.

I didnt use the pool but the pool area and hot tub looked very clean. The elevator was a little slow. My room had some kind of candy like nerds scattered around like the vacuum didnt work or was not vacuumed at all. The bed was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. There was grass around for dogs use. It was easy to find and there was ample parking.

Booked through hotel.com, had confirmation and our card was charged. On their end your payment to them was decline, the desk was helpful, but it was a pain to connect to a hotel.com person. We were given a room in bldg B, 2nd floor, which has no elevator in it. The hot tub jets did not work at all, and just luke warm but clean. Another quest says he stays there often, and it has never worked. Otherwise, it was a quite room and nice size. Need to fix hot tub or have a way of saying not working. we pick this hotel for that feature.
