This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The only positive part of our stay was that the staff was friendly and polite.
At check-in, everything initially seemed fine, but problems started immediately after. Our room door would not open. Staff had to use a master key and even then struggled to get it open. Once inside, we realized it wasn’t a key card issue — the door itself was faulty. Unless you wiggled the handle in a very specific way, it would not open.
The room also had an unpleasant smell and was not the room we originally booked. We returned to the front desk, and they moved us to another room without any hassle. Unfortunately, the second room was still not as advertised. While it at least had the correct number of beds, one bed had no sheets, blanket, or pillows. The other bedding had visible stains.
The room was very outdated and had several maintenance issues, including a bathroom door that would not close. There were also guests nearby partying loudly throughout the night and running up and down the hallway, making it impossible to rest.
The elevators felt extremely unsafe — they creaked, randomly dropped, and the doors would not open for extended periods. We felt so uncomfortable that we chose to take the stairs from the top floor instead.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
