8/10 Muy buena

El personal es muy amable, sobre todo dos señoras del restaurant que hablan español. Sería importante que tengan en la recepción personas que también hablen español. A la fecha después de 18 días del retorno, no me han devuelto el dinero del depósito.

Older hotel but updated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located next door to the Hale Center Theater. My only complaint is the coffee was lukewarm and they only had half and half instead of creamer.

Very well maintained hotel. A little worn here and there on some areas of carpet and stairs but that’s normal at most places. The room was a very clean and well kept together/organized stay. Would definitely Come again!

Our room was very clean and there was plenty of room for the six of us. The continental breakfast was amazing! There were plenty of options and this was the first time I’ve seen tortillas available to make a breakfast burrito. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was extremely clean. It looks like it has recently been renovated and updated. I have no complaints at all. We were comfortable, the rooms were quiet and well outfitted, The only thing to watch out for, Things are where they make sense, not where most hotels put them. For example the cups were in the cupboard instead of just out on a counter. This was nice and once you notice, you really appreciate it.

This is my families favorite stay-cation. We come here 2-4 times a year. Staff is always nice and accommodating. The rooms are great. Spacious and all appliances work. Good shower pressure and the rooms are mostly quiet. Rarely do we hear a neighbor. Breakfast is good but the staff running it are amazing. So quick to answer or help out.

This is our second time staying in this hotel. It is very clean and we were happy here with our family. Very safe environment and clean safe area. The staff is all extremely friendly and inviting. We will be back again the next time we come to town. The only thing is I can tell some of the age is starting to show, either that or the room we were in had some party goers in it and didn't take care of the room at some point. An other wise great place to stay! We'll be back!
