The hotel is a bit older, but was very nice as I was able to get a top floor and did not have loud neighbors with barking dogs. At night there is minimal road noise and no loud clubs playing music until 3 am. The room was very clean and had no bugs. AC and heat functioned well. The staff were very helpful and let me store items until time to check in. The area around the hotel is a bit boring but can easily be accessed by taxi to travel to other places. Parking is minimal. There are convenience stores closeby. The pool has a nice small pool area which I liked. I had a very good time while I was here.

Comfortable for one nights stay

Beds were comfortable. They have a full refrigerator and there’s a flat top stove. But no cups or plates or anything in the cabinets. I don’t know how you could cook anything if you wanted to. Didn’t have a hand towel in the bathroom but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall it was a good experience and I’d stay there again.

Apart from the inconvenience of only being allowed one key for the room, it really is quite comfortable to stay in. We appreciated having a kitchen with a microwave and stove top which worked quite well and a large sized fridge. The location is fantastic. Two minute walk to grocery and there was a fairground for my child to enjoy. Customer service was very good. Front desk staff was kind and helpful when we had questions. The thing that made our last night painful was that when we left in the evening to begin moving items to our next hotel destination (we had not checked out yet though it probably looked like we did) someone entered our room while we were gone and stole a book that my daughter had specifically left on the bedside table in plain view. I even told the front desk staff that we were not checking out yet, just moving some of our things to the next location. We made sure to take our valuables with us but my daughter did not realise her book would be something someone would want to steal. I don't think it was taken by the maid. It went missing during our time out in the evening, and we noticed it missing from the bedside table as soon as we came back to the hotel late that night. It made us feel very uncomfortable. Maybe its a Mexico thing, but it was new for us.

Extended stay suites with full fridge, microwave and cook top. Everything you need to use it is an additional rental fee. The room doesn’t even have a coffee maker. The WIFI went out and I was told it wouldn’t be available for 3 days. TV must have been on the same system because it had no service either.
