The rooms/bathroom, tubs etc are VERY clean. The exterior was a little old and it definitely could use an update. The outdoor ice machine is not something I would use; it was nasty/dirty. Also would not eat the breakfast. When I got coffee from the coffee machine, it had brown sludge in it. The lobby area was clean and the staff were all friendly.

This was our 4th hotel stay on our 6 day trip. The room was very clean. The shower was fantastic! The staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend.

It was a pet friendly hotel and that's what we needed and the beds were very comfortable. It does not have indoor room access though and we were unable to walk up the stairs so we had to have a downstairs room with lots of people coming and going. Their were cracks and chips and a weak floor in the room so we did not feel it lived up to its 7. rating from Expedia.

Late arrival and the personnel at the desk was happy to see us and upbeat, great check in after a long travel day. The room seemed clean, but we found roaches in the restroom and on the towels, we could not get comfortable after that. Great location with beautiful view of the MS river, but the facility looks in poor conditions, it does not look like maintenance is last priority. Check out personnel at front desk was great as well.

We arrived late to get a good nights sleep while traveling. Room was relatively clean. Bed was comfy enough but someone sat outside in their car and blasted music ALL night. Little sleep was had.
