I give my stay 2 stars. The pictures of the room on my shows what they want the customers to see. The shower had missing paint on the wall, there were holes in the wall already. They said no smoking in the room yet it smelled like weed as soon as I entered in. The “free breakfast” was just some fruit. And the bed felt like a futon with cheap pillows.

My door would not close completely. It had been kicked in at the bottom. I used a towel to close the gap. Their were mosquito and bugs in the room. The bathtub was peeling. The celing had water stains. I took pictures and sent them to them. Their was no hot water the 2nd and 3rd day. Good location. The room needs some serious maintenance

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, and many amenities offered including complimentary "forgotten" items (i.e. Toothbrush, Razor, ect.). Did not have breakfast but Dennys was within walking distance.

Great ice machine, comfortable room, no carpet, uncomfortable flooring, would have liked full breakfast, no coffee maker in room, no tissues, clean, liked the daily refresh since we stayed several days, enter from outdoors so dragged suitcase through water puddles from AC condensation. Basic needs for sleep and showering were met.

I stayed here for one night, and initially, everything about the room seemed fine. However, after spending a few hours there, I began to feel congested and noticed a strong smell of water damage and mildew. I also observed what appeared to be mildew residue along one of the walls. Even more concerning was the condition of the bathroom ceiling above the shower. It was severely damaged by what appeared to be a water leak, with portions of the ceiling and drywall torn apart and deteriorating. Although the hotel appears to have made an effort to update the room with fresh paint and some attractive aesthetic touches, these cosmetic improvements do not address the underlying issues. The noticeable mildew odor and visible water damage raise serious concerns about the room’s condition and the need for more thorough maintenance and repairs. Overall, the room may look appealing at first glance, but it clearly needs significant attention beyond surface-level improvements.
