UNSAFE FOR FEMALES! The room door is missing the chain and/or bolt lock, and the deadbolt panel was crooked so the deadbolt didn’t work. There is no peephole either, so when a man started pounding on my door at night, I was concerned. The front desk staff came up and didn’t see him. I asked them to review the cameras- NO CAMERAS! I would advise against this property.

Gros problème d’insonorisation, notamment pour les chambres mitoyennes avec les appartements situés dans le même immeuble que l’hôtel. J'étais dans la chambre 519 et ce soir là mes voisins faisaient la fête... Le personnel de l'hôtel l'a constaté mais l'hôtel étant complet, il m'a donc fallu quitter cet établissement à 21H30 pour aller dans un autre puisqu'il était impossible de me changer de chambre... Ce que je peux tout à fait comprende. J'ai par contre beaucoup plus de mal à accepter la remarque de la responsable Sarah D qui m'a dit le lendemain, puisqu'elle n'était pas là la veille au soir et qu'elle ne répondait pas aux appels, qu'en centre ville il était normal d'avoir du bruit...Inadmissible! Inadmissible également le silence de la directrice Céline M qui ne donne pour le moment aucun retour quant à ma demande de remboursement pour cette chambre qui a été payée mais dans laquelle je n'ai donc pas passé la nuit. En résumé, un hôtel absolument pas à la hauteur de l'enseigne Mercure qui est habituellement gage de standing, confort et service.

La chambre était impécable, propre. La climatisation/chauffage fonctionnait très bien, on a pu augmenter la température temporairement et ça a chauffé quand on est rentré de notre visite à pieds où on a eu un froid, pour ensuite baisser le chauffage pour la nuit. J'ai posé une question à la personne qui faisait les chambre et il a été très courtois et très gentil. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié dans un joli décor.Ce qui est un plus par rapport à d'autres hotels : crêpes et pancakes et assortiments de gateaux. J'ai apprécié les produits de la région : fromage, jambon, etc Le parking (comme beaucoup de parking en France) est en revanche glauque et heureusement notre voiture est compacte. Ce serait un plus de pouvoir réserver sa place de parking. Il y a plusieurs parking couverts alentour donc sans soucis pour se garer (dans notre cas) au parking de la gare à 2 minutes à pieds.
