The hotel was located really near to a train station so traveling was made easy. The office area where the hotel was situated was really empty of people. There wasn't that much of restaurants etc either, but like said it was easy to go to the city central by train. Hotel was calm and you had your privacy. I didn't find the staff necessarily that helpful/welcoming, though they weren't rude or anything else either.. The breakfast was okay, but when the pricing was as high as it was, I wouldn't necessarily think it was worth the money.

The property seems to be fairly run down and the room felt dirty by default: The Showercurtain is yellowed and dirty at the bottom, the curtains have marks, there were stains on the sheets, on level 1 it seems that there is duct tape holding the floor together near the lift. From check in with Duran til our moment of departure, we were treated royally in this charming EU quartier The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful Breakfast is a banquet. Enjoy the fresh waffles. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the grand square downtown. But only 2 minutes to the Metro.
