The facility really needs updating. It's worn and old. We couldn't get any cool air to come through the a/c and heat unit, so we had to open the window. The rug looked dirty, the hall rug looked dirty and worn. The bathroom really needs updating. There was one lonely sink, with very little counter space, in a double room with no way to shut it behind a door. The tub and toilet were in a room we could shut the door to, but not the sink. The lighting at the sink was terrible. The shower was rough--you had to move around a bit to find a spray that would cover what you were rinsing. The pillows seemed old, which kind of grossed me out. Most of the staff were friendly. The breakfast was typical for the mid-range cost hotels--watery fake scrambled eggs, etc., but not terrible. I really expected more from Comfort Inn/Choice Hotels.
