I had 2 days reserved. The room was clean, however the beds were horrid. One king size bed had a collapsed side. The springs were totally shot and un-useable to the base of the mattress, like a huge pit in the center left side. The TV shut itself off every 15 minutes, and the remote had issues as well. I finally gave up, slept only 4 hours on the lumpy bed, and requested a new room the next day. I checked out, was told to call at 11am to see if any rooms were available, and then had to wait until 3pm to check in. When I did, that bed's mattress was a worn out disgrace. I sat on the bed and my butt touched bottom, and I could feel the wood on the frame below. There was a round cigarette burn hole in the wrinkeled comforter (I don't smoke), and easily visible stains on the sheets. I spent the night at my sister's house on her sofa, and went back to the hotel the next day to shower and check out. I did not sleep in the bed at all. The hotel is old and they did not update their bed. When you rent beds for a living, you should provide decent mattresses, and update an old worn out mattress, and toss linens with stains and holes. Seriously, the two rooms they gave me are bad need of new standard mattresses, and a total waste of my money. I did not request a refund because I had used the room. I realize it is not a Hilton Hotel, but at the very least you want to rent a clean room, a room with a decent bed, a tv, and just get a night's sleep. This failed on the very basic level.
