I like the location and my room was decent, however, the hot tub was broken and the tv was only in Spanish so I got pretty bored.

Hotel appeared very clean and smelled clean when arriving in the lobby. Beds were comfortable, however the rooms seemed to have an old smoke smell to them. Staff was very friendly

Ample parking, but the sheets had a stain on them that obviously couldn’t be bleached out. Breakfast was okay, what you expect for a continental breakfast. Staff was helpful.

Everything was better than expected. The property appears to be well maintained, no weeds and all the rocks etc. The rooms appear to have been recently redone and we're immaculate. The breakfast room I'll be at small was very well stocked with excellent products and was exceptionally clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this place..

I had a good stay; everything was clean and worked as it should. My only complaint is that I let them know ahead of time I was traveling with a dog and they went to put me on the second floor and they have no elevator. My wife was not on this trip with me but is disabled and if she had been it would have been an issue. After requesting a first-floor room they were able to provide it. I just think that hotels should advertise that they have no elevator.

Checkin was very easy. Room was very clean. Hallway smelled a bit like strong vs spices but the rooms smelled fine. Could have been a guest bringing back smelly food. Wry close to downtown area and World Championship Derby. Would stay there again.

We arrived in town after a long drive it was sure nice to have a cool, clean, ready to go room. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had our dog and the dog fee was actually fair. We were unable to use the 24 hour pool because of our dog, but it looked lovely. Breakfast was good and they have outdoor tables super nice option. Parking is easy and access to the building was easy as well.

The room was fine and the property though busy was quiet, breakfasts were good, optional on- site food (pizza & drinks) was available and parking was plentiful.
