Great place - staff were so friendly & efficient I simply couldn’t fault them. Our stay coincided with storms Austen & Boelo so the leisure facilities were an absolute godsend

Loved it. Booked short last minute break here. Blown away by the facilities, staff and the feel of the resort. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

We had a good time at the hotel! Great value for money. It’s perfect for a family. We as a couple could have done with a bit more quiet time at the hotel but otherwise it was amazing. Would recommend for families!

We found the Merton really good in every way from check in staff to room attendants. We did not eat in the restaurants as we were out each day but the breakfast was beautiful... It is easy to get there either on foot from St Helier or by bus and the buses run regularly...a lovely hotel we would definately stay again if we come back to Jersey

Staff and services excellent for 3 Star hotel Ventilation is totally inadequate with NO aircon Breakfast is superb and refreshed regularly Bar and restaurant prices in line with other hostelries in area 25 min walk to Liberty bus station and 16 minutes to murky beach All in all great for kids with water park games room and activity centre

Everything was excellent, the hotel it’s self was very modern clean and tidy, it’s in a good distance from st Helier and the park and rose garden just at the end of the road are very good. Went to a lovely free concert in the park one evening and had a excellent meal in the park restaurant

Such a great hotel, our group age range was from 3 to 70’s and suited all of us. Great location (we don’t mind a walk and the distance was fine for the kids into town) Only thing I would say the hotel needs is air con (we happened to be there on the warmest few days on record) and a fridge in the room to keep drinks cool. Apart from that I would return to the hotel.

Friendly hotel despite being large, the staff were brilliant throughout. The room was clean and can be cleaned every day. It was a family friendly hotel, although I would look at the suitability of Jersey for a young family. The swimming pool facilities were good, indoor / outdoors. Excellent breakfast, dinner paid separately was also excellent. Great location, easy walk into the centre of St Helier. Everything seemed well organised.

Very much a family oriented hotel with plenty to do for those with children, also a fair share of older coach parties. The staff are friendly and attentive across the board, from housekeeping to the front desk. The rooms are clean and functional, we would have loved to have a small fridge in the room for keeping drinks cold, as it was very warm during our stay. The breakfast selection is standard hotel buffet stuff and sets you up for the day. We did eat in Bonetti’s on the first night, the pizza was fine but probably a bit overpriced. We also used Jersey Joe’s which was fun and with a good selection of US diner type meals. We had the Dirty Dog hotdog which was delicious, with a side order of onion rings which was more than enough for two people!

We loved our stay at the Merton hotel. Child focused and very friendly. Excellent service and staff. Pool area was great and the breakfast was excellent. Brilliant and varied night entertainment. Good acts on for the adults and the young team who entertained the kids were very talented and really put everything into making sure they had fun.
