Reasonably comfortable room and bed. And very convenient location for North Conway. But parking so far from the rooms is not very convenient. The breakfast was appreciated.

The property is old and badly needs a makeover to bring it to modern condition. Not a good parking lot and needs extra lighting during night. Only thing good was the breakfast. They had hot items like egg omelets and potatoes.

While the facility was clean, it needed serious updating. We had an actual key to our room with a key lock not a card. The bathroom had rusting fixturesbut again clean. The staff was friendly and helpful even though their technology was not cooperating. The view was beautiful and the setting was quaint. The fall decor was tasteful. Breakfast was above average and the breakfast area area was quite nice.

I realize the check-in time was 4; however, we arrived at 2:30. The desk clerk asked us to wait until the room was clean. We didn't actually get checked in until 4:30. The grandson swam in the heated pool in the meantime. The water was great but the room was so hot I couldn't sit in there. The view was amazing as was the mattress. The free breakfast was barely a continental breakfast. I'd probably stay again.

Nice relaxing place. Loved that it was pet friendly Staff very friendly Room clean Check in and out easy Only thing I would change is the breakfast buffet hours, on vacation I like to sleep in, and in order to take advantage of the free breakfast I had to get up early. The hours for the breakfast are 7-9 am

I love the view this location offers. Arcade room very small but my kids spent hours down there playing air hockey. The breakfast was the same thing the 3 days I spent there. Overall this location was in a prime location from the Conway center and basically every store you would need on vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean but a bit musty. Hotel staff was friendly. Property just has not been kept up with. Outside pool was cracked and dirty around the area which was disappointing. It could be a great place if there was further investment in updating.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well kept. There are two pool one indoor and one outdoor, the miniature golf course need help. We had a good time.

I bet this place was beautiful when it first opened but it needs some some refurbishing/upkeep. I booked it for the hot tub which was broken and sounds like not being fixed anytime soon. That being said, the room was clean, breakfast was adequate, and the staff was great. We had fun playing mini golf and the pools are very large. We enjoyed our stay but definitely wished I had seen it when it first opened.

The place has really fallen apart, it’s not well maintained at all. We have stayed here a few times before a few years ago and I can’t believe how rundown it looks now.

The pools looked good(we did not use). Resort had great view. Our room did not. Our room had a wet floor and smelled liked it had been flooded. Room was extremely dated. Breakfeast was bare minimum. I would not recommend staying here unless the pool is your goal
