The picture depicted is not what the lobby looked like. The computer system is old and glitched upon check-in, making the reservation incorrect. After about 10 min, including having to call Hotels.com, the lady refreshed her screen, and the correct reservation populated. The business center consisted of an iPad mounted to a wall and a printer off to the side. Our room was partially updated, but the other parts of the room had not been updated in some time. The flooring was new, mattresses and bedding were new and clean. Floorboards were visibly dirty. The door was not properly sealed and the hallway light shone through. Pillows were small but comfortable. The mattress seemed to be on the firmer side. The fridge and microwave were hidden in the sides of the dresser, which was nice not to see them, and it took up less space inside the room. The coffee was disappointing. They provided prefilled filters that you put inside the coffee maker where you would normally put the grounds. Then you add the water as normal. I ended up with coffee water. It was gross. I had to wait until breakfast opened up to get coffee. The continental breakfast had the average options. The bathroom was clean, except for the baseboards. Newer lighted bathroom mirror. There were cracks/holes in the plastic part of the shower curtain. You could hear through the walls; people waking above you and water running through the pipes. I will stay elsewhere next time.
