Your very basic hotel. Sheets and towels clean. Has vinyl flooring instead of carpet. Which is a plus.Room is out dated. Holes in wall. No door chain. Looks to had been there once but hole in wall where it once was. Rust stains in tub from water dripping. Water drips in sink too.Ceiling has cracks and looks like painted over. Did not try breakfast.

The room looked as it had not been cleaned except the bed being made. I was in a non smoking room and the sheets had burn holes. The lights didn’t work. The floors had not been swept. Wall had a spot that looked like blood. It was fight to try to get reimbursed so I cauls move to a different hotel. I was then charged another charge after leaving the hotel. When we told the front about how nasty the room was and requesting sheets, light bulbs, someone to clean, it was handed to us. Asked since we were cleaning since could they put in light bulbs. This is when maintenance was called. Had to shut the power off to the room to be able to work on it. The Wi-Fi also was not connecting to the room terrible terrible experience.!! Don’t stay here!! I have pictures of all of this as well including what ww (my sister and I) swept up.

Right outside our room someone had pooped all over the wall n down into a nice size pile!! Its was ridiculous!! We check in around 11pm n was told breakfast was 6-9 in the am..go down to leave around 7 to be told sorry they have nothing

The desk clerk was rude, gave me two keys to one room when I had paid for two, and only one non-smoking room was available. The smoking room hadn’t been cleaned in a while and Theodore’s terrible. The coffee pot in the bin-smoking room didn’t work. This was a horrible experience. I don’t expect this from Hotels.com.

It is an economy motel, so you don’t expect 4-star accommodations. But these rooms really are getting in bad shape. Some refurbishing and fresh paint is desperately needed. While you’re at it, fix or replace the ice machines and upgrade the computer system.

Booked non smoking room and we got a smoking room. Smell was terrible, we stayed about 20 minutes and checked right back out. Spider webs in bathroom, holes in the sheets very old looking.

Very good stay and experience!

Great location for hotel..right off the interstate, close to good restaurants and across street from Walmart! What more could you ask for? This is an older property so it’s not a 4 Star facility, but the staff is super friendly and the breakfast is good. We will stay here again!!
