The owner said I have no reservation, I opened by laptop entered my account showed him my reservation, conf # receipt of payment. He continued stating it does not exist, and it is my problem to fix not his. He made me pay again even though I already paid, and took me to a different place two blocks away not the one I reserved one very different. He appears to be a con artist or just maybe a very clueless business person, new apt but the shower barely trickles no outlets to plug in anything in to, no hot water Owner has no customer service skills at all, he is a rude and clueless clown.
