Buena estancia en Mercure

El hotel muy correcto, el personal amable, la cama muy cómoda, desayuno rico y variado, buena situación al lado de la playa, se puede caminar hasta Sopot, unos 45 minutos. La piscina no es muy grande. Admiten perros. Me parece caro el parking del hotel. En verano todas las calles colindantes son de pago, pero desde el otoño se puede aparcar sin problema fuera.

Overall it was a very nice hotel. Unfortunatly the staff made this stay less pleasent, very rude, not helpful and they did their best to make us feel like we were in their way.

Läget var bra, familjen trivdes generellt bra på boendet. Personalen var bra. Frukosten kanske inte riktigt vår smak. Vi besökte inte spat men inomhuspoolen, såg inte ut som på bilder och där fanns mer att önska gällande hygien

Utan ac blir det varmt när man är många som sover. Helplastat madrasskydd är också väldigt varmt. Polsk frukost, mina barn åt inte mycket. Läget är väldigt dött, inte många restauranger i närheten.

The breakfast almost has no fruits on it. The building is old and carpets in the rooms are so dirty and old. The toilet in the rooms are also old. Pool was so crowded so we couldn't use it

Hotell med många plus

Ett mycket bra hotell med fina rum och mycket bra frukostbuffé. Passar såväl barnfamiljer som seniorer. Nära till storslagen badstrand och flertalet strand-restauranger. Matpriserna var dock lite högre än förväntat men det kompenseras av billigare goda alko-drycker.

Mycket omfattande frukost, dock trångt bland maten. Personalen höll efter disk och såg till att allt var påfyllt. Stor stjärna till Davvid som var otroligt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Elbilsladdaren är inte igång. Städet gjorde sitt bästa utifrån sina förutsättningar. Rummet var i stort behov av renovering. Heltäckningsmatta med mycket fläckar. Fläckar även på gardinerna. Ena sängen saknade ribbor på nedre delen. Hemska kuddar. Oengagerad personal i receptionen. Okej pool, dock något grumlig. Fungerande men liten gymdel. Väl fungerande Wifi. Trevlig lekpark för barnen ute.

An okay hotel.

Carpets need updating as are old and stained. Other than that, a nice, comfortable room, comfortable beds. Spa was overcrowded, there are 2 saunas and 1 steam room but all are small. Breakfast was nice, but overpriced. Overall, it was a nice hotel and good value for money off season.

Tråkig upplevelse, luras inte av bilderna. Det är inget spa, utan en barnpool. Inget fel med de, men luras inte av att det är ett spa. Utan ett hotell för barnfamiljer. Hög ljudnivå, mycket lekande barn utanför rummen och i gemensamma ytor. Frukosten får lågt betyg, inte påfyllt och litet utbud. Rekommenderar andra hotell, inte prisvärt med tanke på vad man betalar och får väldigt lite för det.

No lotion or conditioner in the rooms. Cannot get small ones or have it provided, so you have to pay for it. The rooms have shampoo and body wash, only. So you pay for a large bottle that isn't carry-on compliant, therefore it's wasted. It's not a great product at all, smells like sunscreen, but spending 90 pln then being forced to leave behind more than half is a rip off. Really need to offer these in carry on compliant sizes. For being a "climate conscious" hotel, forcing the waste of large plastic bottles for the sake of profit is quite a contradiction. No climate control in the room. Thankfully it was a chilly night, so we kept the window open to cool off the room. There were no wash cloths. Beds weren't great. Location was fantastic. Staff was great!

I do not recommend!!!

One of my worst hotel stays. The air conditioning in the room did not work (temperature 30 degrees outside and stuffy). Plus, it smells musty. A dirty rag was left in the bathroom by houskeeping. The room is dirty. Please see this dirty chair with large stains (I don't want to think about what these stains are from anymore). After a long exchange of arguments about the stay with the reception and housekeepers and several requests to bring at least a fan, in the evening, while I was out of the room and had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, someone finally brought a fan that was old and made more noise than cold and wind. It is unacceptable that someone entered the room despite the "do not disturb" sign! What are the hotel standards in the Accor group? Despite so many inconveniences, no compensation was offered, and I was only instructed to submit an official complaint to the management.

Pleasant time in the Fall

I have been to this hotel for a fourth time. This time, I finally decided to write a review. The place had a great location in terms of connectivity to other city neighborhoods via nearby tram and bus stops. The property is not too updated but the rooms serve the purpose well and the price paid seems very reasonable for what you get. The room had all the basic stuff needed. It was clean with a balcony overlooking a beautiful park which I enjoyed looking at and which also efficiently insulated the hotel from traffic noise. Although the room appeared not to be exceptionally well sound proofed, I did not hear laud noises from other guests even though there were many families with children around at that time. My impression was that the hotel clientele is rather mature and respectful to other guests. There is a swimming pool, spa and fitness area none of which I attended. The close proximity of the beach, parks and running paths made a runner like me so preoccupied with it, that I did not even have a desire to use those facilities. The breakfast was very good but bit on the expensive side. The biggest positive in my mind was the restaurant. The served food had some amazing taste combinations and there were also fantastic deserts. It was not expensive, the place not crowded and generally calm where one can peacefully sip a glass of wine in the evening. I loved it.

The hotel has somewhat pleasant and helpful staff, but otherwise I would not stay here again. The daily room cleaning did not meet our expectations, and the breakfast was on par at best. If the breakfast area had an interior design similar to the restaurant, that would help it currently looks like a school canteen. The bathrooms in the rooms could also use some upgrades and maintenance. We were also charged extra for the children's breakfast (85 PLN / 23 USD per child per day), even though we provided the ages of our children and booked our stay with breakfast included through Hotels.com. I have filed a complaint about this.

Hotellområdet var fint, men hotellrommet hadde noen mangler. Dusjen er for kort for hotellgjester over 175 cm. Det var kun aircondition i tredje etasje, så hotellrommet i første etasje var veldig varmt, og det var kun mulig å lufte ved å åpne balkongdøren. Det er ikke å foretrekke å sove med balkongdøren oppe. På balkongen var det også en del veps pågrunn av vepsebol på nabobalkong.

Har ikke sovet så dårlig på flere dager sengen var enormt hard,vi var 3 stykker og vi våknet med stiv og vond rygg hver dag.helt forferdelig.Rommet var skittent,teppet på gulvet fult I flekker. Altanen var skitten også. Ingen aircondition og dårlig luft. Håndklærene ble ikke byttet ut.Bassenget var hårete og skulle tro det var barneurin i bassenget,luktet og var skittent.mitt barn fikk ikke bade der og brukte heller all tiden ved sjøen. Det dårligste hotellet jeg har bodd på og anbefaler det desverre ikke videre. MEN,personalet var hyggelig og hjelpsomme.flink og snill.
