Well we got to our room and figured the why. The door to get into the room was very difficult to get into. You had to use your shoulder to open the door and to make sure it closed. My husband got an omelet so we ate seperately. I went to refill our drinks and a helper came out yelling “sorry about that folks, just look away. He took the broom and swept up a cockroach off the counter. Gross
