My overall experience staying here was not very good. The flat is on the 4th floor, with no lift, so going up and down the stairs with luggage (or even without luggage) is a huge inconvenience. Luckily, the lady who welcomed me helped me carry my bags up the stairs which was extremely sweet. We were both exhausted afterwards. The room was not cleaned when I arrived. Towels from the previous guests were still drying over the kitchen chairs. To be fair, I was meant to arrive around 2-3pm and I arrived around noon, however, the cleaner still was not finished cleaning the room by the time I was meant to check in, so I ended up just leaving my bags and going for a walk to kill time til she was finished. The room itself didn't feel clean. There is some damp/mold on the walls. It was also freezing cold. I messaged Bianca about the cold and she advised me to use the small plug in heater. So the whole trip, whenever I was in the flat, I was huddled next to this mini plug in heater. If I was not next to the heater, I was freezing. The shower was terrible. Took me a while to figure out how to get hot water. The first night, I had a cold shower. There is NO water pressure whatsoever, so you only get a very drippy, weak shower. Not pleasant at all. The best thing about this flat is the location. It is right in the center of Soho, next to all the bars and restaurants. But after staying here, especially for the high price, I'd rather stay a little bit further out in a nicer hotel.
