A bit shabby. Badly built and not well maintained. You hear ppl from the room next door. But I guess it was the best deal in Monschau. The breakfast is great (better than in the super touristic town center). The staff was very friendly.

Very nice hotel for the price - right in the center of the town. Easy check in, wifi, nice room, very clean, great person at the desk with lots of suggestions, and outstanding breakfast for 12 euros per person. Only very minor issue was we had to park a ways away in a parkade because they only have a few paid spots at the hotel, but was really no problem.

Modern and perfectly located at an excellent price
Great value for money in a smart and modern designed hotel in a classical building. Quiet location, but still only a few steps from the center of this pittoresque and beautiful village. The staff were friendly, and our room was very nice and fresh, even though it was an economy room. The only thing that did not impress us was the very basic breakfast buffet. But, still, this hotel is an excellent choice, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Breakfast: rather poor. Beds: ok. Cleanliness: not ok. Our beds weren not made up; no clean towels. In short: NOT AGAIN
