The location is great. There are some stairs to get to the property and then to the rooms but it is not excessive. Good air conditioning and quiet when you shut the windows. Feels safe but also very convenient location.

Nice, clean rooms. So close to the old town, you're right by Pile Gate. Great view of the town from the room too. Host was super helpful on arrival and understanding of our late flight in. Highly reccomend!

The location was great. The room and furnishings were very basic. The "terrace" and "garden" were dirty, and unwelcoming. There was a big piece of broken metal left out there and old deflated balloons lying around.

I honestly have almost nothing positive to say about this stay. The room looked nothing like the photos on Expedia and felt dirty, uncomfortable, and poorly maintained. Communication with the owner was poor, and there are a lot of stairs with no assistance, so be prepared with luggage. The room had mismatched furniture and bedding, poor lighting, and a very tacky & cheap setup overall. The shower curtain was inexplicably safari sunset giraffe themed, and the single toiletry was a low quality neon green body wash & shampoo. Hair was stuck to the shower wall & a giant green blob left in the side of the toilet which i assume was product left to clean it but it had dried there. Most outlets didn’t work properly, and even when they did, charging was extremely slow ( about 1% every 10 minutes ). The room was also extremely hot with no proper cooling unless you insert the key card into the wall, so nothing stays on when you leave. You are also directly next to a busy walking path, meaning almost no privacy unless on the terrace - which itself was dirty, unkept, and overlooked the restaurant kitchen rather than any real view. The only positive is the location. Otherwise, it does not feel like a hotel and feels very cheaply done. Overall, this was a mistake and I strongly recommend not staying here.

Tea was more that helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed chatting with her.The room was clean and spacious. The public parking by the hotel was expensive but were given option to a cheaper site further away.

A very nice location just outside the Pile Gate. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped with refrigerator and kettle with coffee and tea. No elevator so there are a few stairs, but worth it. Host very helpful and friendly.
