The staff greeted me kindly and quickly. My room was as expected - which was the Jacuzzi bathtub room. I really enjoy booking rooms like these to get away. This one is one of the cleaner hot tub hotel rooms around. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the elevator and stairs - including on the side of the building, which I always prefer. I didn't make breakfast, I rarely do; however, it smelled wonderful as I was walking out 5 minutes past 11.

Staff was friendly. Pool suddenly closed down as we were checking in and was told it would be ready in the morning. It never opened up. Fitness room is a Bowflex with an elliptical and a treadmill that doesn’t work. Breakfast was terrible. Elevator is in very bad shape. By far the worst Quality inn I have ever been too

The room was duty and musty, when asked for bedding for the pull out couch after check in was told we had to wait till after 11 pm to get our request, tv remote batteries was dead and had to go buy a set to use the remote. Pillows on the bed was flat and not great. Our guest slept on the couch with our bedding off the other beds as we had to be up and gone early. Will not stay again or recommend

The staff went aboce and beyond to assist us in all our requests and depsite a few challenges on our visit the hotel navigated them with speed, courtesy, and professionalism. We will definitely be back! Breakfast had a lot of options, the pool was huge and perfect for my child to have a blast in and the fitness room was very clean and smelled nice. We feel like we hot more than we expected and have already told our friends to stay here!
