A luxury resort in the middle of the forest. Full marks for this resort, from the rooms to the restaurant to the reception staff and the cleanliness. Everything is very beautiful. This is my fourth visit, but I was very sad when they told me that the resort would close its doors permanently after a few days.

Vacation of allergies
The hotel is good, very friendly service, Rooms are very big and comfort. The food is good. But (!) There are a lot of (cute but not so clean) cats everywhere, even in the restaurants, go on the tables even when you eating. I have an allergic to cats, so I had a lot of problems every day that’s really Ruined my vacation.

Çatal bıçak isteğime şurdaki servis aracının üstünden alabilirsiniz cevabını bile aldım. Yetersiz sayısının yanında neredeyse yüzde 80 inin 15 yaşında liseli / meslek yüksekokulu çocuğun çalıştığı bir yapıda kaliteli hizmet beklentinin çok altında.. Tesis güzel bir tesis ancak yönetim konusunda ciddi sorunları da var. Belli saatlerde havlu verilmesi ve belli saatlere sıkışmış bir takım temel hizmetler… Mesela 17-19 saatleri arası yiyecek bulmanın neredeyse imkansız olması… Kısacası köklü değişikliklerin elzem hale geldiği Rönesans grubunun mirasını yiyen bir otel…
