The property is splited in two. If you pick the rooms with two beds, you will have to stay on the section wich is under constrution, no security, no wifi and out of the main property.

Location is quite far from Downtown and difficult to access. When I made my reservation it said 5 minutes from the Downtown and we traveled 25 minutes with lot of steep ups and downs. The receptionist was not really friendly at all, there was no hot water in the shower, the spa bathrooms were really bad and stinky.. The jacuzzi pool was nasty. The kids pool slide was kind of dangerous. Beds in very poor condition and too noisy due to other guests' pets, Poor disabilities access. Bad WiFi connection. Really nice sunset and views

Me gustó mucho la amplitud de la habitación y la vista es espectacular, el personal es muy amable. El único detalle que tuve fue que el sanitario estaba un poco sucio por dentro; como si no lo hubieran lavado en algunos días o tuviera un poco de sarro, realmente nada grave pero para otros podría ser un problema. Aparte de ese detalle todo lo demás fue muy bueno y sin duda regresaré.

¡EL LUGAR IDEAL PARA UN FIN DE SEMANA DE DESCANSO! Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles que he visitado y es que, a pesar de estar a 15 minutos en auto del centro de Taxco, este hotel tiene lo que necesitas para relajarte. Reservamos la Suite Superior con Balcón y Jacuzzi y la habitación es enorme; cuenta con aire acondicionado, ventilador, cafetera y una vista increíble a las montañas. En lo que respecta al balneario nos encantó, ya que que las albercas son muy grandes y limpias; tiene tobogán, alberca para clavados y un ambiente muy familiar con muchos niños y familias, y la comida que ofrecen es muy rica y barata. El personal tanto en recepción y restaurante es SÚPER amable, en todo momento están al tanto de tus necesidades e inclusive nos regalaron un paseo al Cristo Monumental el domingo por la mañana. Para finalizar, se ve que lo están ampliando mucho pero las obras para nada afectan la estancia ya que no se escucha ruido y el acceso por la carretera es súper sencillo y bien señalizado. Mi visita fue del 17 al 19 de mayo de 2024.
