The room was alright. The staff was fairly cooperative especially because they had to reprogram my key a million times due to it being inactive every single time I went to get into my room. I was told it was due to my cell phone but that isn’t a real thing. lol so whatever they just continued to reprogram.
They had pre-charged my credit card before arrival as a “temporary hold”, then requested a deposit and the full room fees upon arrival on top of that (only reversed the temporary hold when I told her if she wanted me to pay upfront for everything else, I needed that reversed or I would not do such.) It was a complicated check in.
